For 3d modelling, we use mainly
3dstudio Max. It is one of the most popular software for synthesized images
.Used by the professionals for numerical special effects, films in 3D, video
games… It easy to exchange data with Autodesk products (largely used for the
design of the buildings and external works.)
It's difficult to design shrubs or trees in 3D. The automatic generators of
trees are wonderful but, from our point of view, can be used only to generate
coarse objects used in environment. We prefer to work with ' bill boarding' .
It's possible to mix 2D photographs of plants in a 3D scene
No. We are not a
landscape company. We ensure only of the ' design'.
Yes, no problems.
But we think that professional landscapers are necessary for large external
projects.
With our small
company we can work with low cost. For a average project,
it costs roughly 300 €, (400 $).
The landscapers
must be first professional contractors, who complete external quality works at a
inexpensive cost. It is difficult for them to have both competence and
especially time to work with complex software for virtual reality.
We prefer to work
starting from a diagram. We are ready, nevertheless, to draw up a complete project
if the customer tells us his wishes and desired style.
